A single, general admission gift ticket allows entrance any time during Upside Down Universe open hours, Thursday - Sunday 12pm - 11pm. To share your gift ticket please forward your confirmation email to the recipient or if you would like an electronic gift certificate please email us at info@upside-down-universe.com.

Self-guided general admission tickets are nonrefundable. 

By purchasing a ticket you agree to comply with UTM’s activity waiver. Visitors will be required to leave UTM if they or any member of their party do not comply with our policy.

Looking for a student, senior or family ticket? You can purchase those directly at our ticketing booth when you arrive.
